Enrolling in a Live Event
Webinars, Lunch-and-Learns & Workshops
Find an Event to Enrol in
Visit the Live Events section at OLC Home.
Select Upcoming Webinars, Upcoming Lunch-and-Learns, or Upcoming Workshops to view the events you're interested in.
Select Upcoming Webinars, Upcoming Lunch-and-Learns, or Upcoming Workshops to view the events you're interested in.
On the Webinar, Workshop or Lunch-and-Learn pages you'll find a list of upcoming events.
Enrol
To enroll, Select Enrol for your event of choice.
This will take you to the payment page.

Note: During 2026, Live Events will exceptionally be available for enrolment without signing in.
Access the Live Event
You should receive a Join Link from Zoom prior to the event by email.

Sign In as an OASW Member
To sign in, visit OLC Home. You'll find the sign-in portal on the right-hand side of the page.
If you are an OASW member, Select Sign in to OASW Account under the OASW members section.
If you are an OASW member, Select Sign in to OASW Account under the OASW members section.
You can now sign in using your OASW member credentials.
After signing in, you will be re-directed to the OLC Home Page. You can sign out at any time by selecting Sign Out in the top-right corner of the page.
The top navigation bar provides access to:
- OLC Home:
Return to the OLC home page. - My Enrolments:
Available once you are signed in. All OLC Academy enrolments will be shown here (Online Training and On-Demands). In 2027, the Live Events enrolments will also show up here (Webinars, Workshops, Lunch-and-Learns). - My Account:
Available once you are signed in. This is where you can make changes to your account details. - Learner Guide:

Sign In as a Non-Member
To sign in, visit OLC Home. You'll find the sign-in portal on the right-hand side of the page.
Select Create or Sign in to Your OASW Account under the non-member section.

You will now be re-directed to the create account page. Please note that creating an OASW account is FREE and does not equate to an OASW membership.

Find a Training to Enrol in
Visit the OLC Academy at OLC Home.
Select Upcoming Online Training or Upcoming On-Demand Events to view the events you're interested in.

On Online Training or On-Demand pages you'll find a list of upcoming training.
Enrol
To enroll, Select Learn More for your training of choice.
This will take you to the course page, where you can see more information.
If you are signed in to your OASW account, you can click Enrol to proceed with payment.

Access the Training
To access Online Training or On-Demand Events, please go to My Enrolments page, found on the top menu bar.
Select Continue to proceed with your training of choice.

Select Continue to proceed with your training of choice.
Navigate the Training
On the left side, you will see a navigation sidebar. You can use this to access different sections within the training.
You can also select 'previous' or 'next' to navigate the different sections.

To expand or collapse the navigation sidebar, please click on the arrow.
To exit the training, select 'Back to course page'.
